Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. You can’t order an unavailable item.
Shipping costs for your order are inevitable in case of no problem with the order and the order must be delivered as the same way it was received (Packaging and wearing). In case the order has a problem, we are going to pay for the shipping fees.
Shipping fees are free, but in case the order has no problem and you want to return it, then it's obligatory to pay the shipping fees.
You can ask for the fitting service in case you are not completely sure of your size, but with a maximum number of the item (5 items) and it only costs you 50 L.E.
You will receive your shipment within 2 to 5 working days in Cairo, and 5 to 7 working days in other cities Excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
Exchanges & Returns
You can request an exchange within 14 days from receiving your order.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order.
If the product had a manufacturing mistake, you will be fully refunded and the exchange will be for free. If you want to exchange for another product or other sizes, then you will only pay the shipping fees and the price difference if there is any.
In case of refunds, there are only 2 applicable ways to get your full payment back, It's whether through a valid bank account or Vodafone cash.
The item must be in its original form (Unworn & Unused).
The refund process doesn’t occur unless we are sure of the defect of the item.
In case there are no defects in the item, the customer has to pay the shipping fees.
The refund process takes place in 14 days since you ask for a refund.
