All orders are subject to product availability. You can’t order an unavailable item.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on your location.
You will receive your shipment within 5 days for Cairo and Giza, and within 7 days for any other city.
The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the weight of your order.
You can request an exchange within 14 days from receiving your order, all discounted items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
You can’t ask for an exchange after 14 days, except for manufacturing defects.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order.
If the product had a manufacturing mistake, you will be fully refunded and the exchange will be for free. If you want to exchange for another product or other sizes, then you will only pay the shipping fees and the price difference if there is any.
