• All orders are subject to product availability. You can’t order an unavailable item.

• You will receive your shipment within 1 -3 working days for orders at greater Cairo, while 2-7 working days in other cities.

• Our official working days are from Sunday to Thursday

• Shipping cost is subject to your location. 

• Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the weight of your order. 

• Orders above 500 EGP are eligible for free shipping policy. 

• Free shipment policy is not applicable - unfortunately- for certain locations like (Red Sea - Sinai - Marsa Matrouh - Qena - Luxor - Aswan), we are really sorry for that :)

• You can ask for the fitting service in case you are not completely sure of your size, but with a maximum number of the item (5 items) and it only costs you 50 L.E. (This Service is exclusively for Cairo & Giza Zones).  

Exchanges

In case you want to exchange product(s)

• Orders are exchangeable within 14 days from issuing the receipt.

• Product(s) must be exchanhed in its original case.

• In case of receiving wrong orders, exchange will be done for free within 8 days.

• In case of exchanging right orders, orders will be subjected to shipping fees.

Returns

In case you want to return your shipment:

• Orders are refundable within 14 days from issuing the receipt.

• Products must be returned in its original case.

• In case of returning for manufacturing defect, total refund will be done within 14 days.

• In case of returning orders with no reason, fund can be returned but subjected to shipping fees to be paid by customers.
