- You will receive your shipment within 2-5 business days for orders in greater Cairo & Alexandria , 2-7 in Sinai, Matrouh and Upper Egypt, while 2-5 business days in other cities.

- Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the weight of your order.
- Orders above 700 EGP are eligible for free shipping policy.
- Free shipment policy is not applicable - unfortunately- for certain locations like (Red Sea - Sinai - Marsa Matrouh - Qena - Luxor - Aswan - Asyut - Suhag), we are really sorry for that :)
- You can ask for the fitting service in case you are not completely sure of your size, but with a maximum number of the item (5 items & 2 sizes) and it only costs you 50 L.E. (This Service is exclusively for Cairo & Giza Zones).
Exchanges & Returns Policy
Exchanges
In case you want to exchange product(s)
- Orders are exchangeable within 30 days from issuing the receipt.
- Product(s) must be returned in their original case.
- In case of receiving wrong orders, exchange will be done for free within 1-3 business days for orders in greater Cairo & Alexandria , 2-7 in Sinai, Matrouh and Upper Egypt, while 2-5 business days in other cities.
- In the case of exchanging correct orders, orders will be subject to shipping fees.
Returns
In case you want to return your shipment:
- Charges are refundable within 30 days of issuing the receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original case.
- In case of returning due to a manufacturing defect, a total refund will be made within 14 business days through (Bank Accounts - Bank or Mobile wallets) as cash refunds are unavailable.
- In case of returning orders for no reason, the refund can be replaced but the shipping fees are to be paid by customers.
