تحترم سيجما فت مصر خصوصيتك وتتيح لك طلب حذف البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بحسابك أو باستخدامك لخدماتنا وفقًا للقوانين والمتطلبات المطبقة. توضح هذه الصفحة كيفية تقديم طلب حذف البيانات، وما يمكن حذفه، وما قد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ به لأسباب قانونية أو محاسبية أو أمنية أو تشغيلية.

1. نطاق هذه السياسة

تنطبق تعليمات حذف البيانات على البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة باستخدام موقع سيجما فت، وحسابات العملاء، والطلبات، وخدمة العملاء، والتسويق، وتسجيل الدخول الاجتماعي المدعوم مثل Facebook Login وSign in with Google من خلال نظام حسابات العملاء الخاص بشوبيفاي.

2. البيانات التي يمكن طلب حذفها

بحسب طبيعة حسابك واستخدامك لخدماتنا، قد يشمل طلب الحذف:

• بيانات حساب العميل التي لا يلزم الاحتفاظ بها.

• بيانات التواصل مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف حيثما كان الحذف ممكنًا ومسموحًا.

• العناوين المحفوظة وبيانات الحساب غير المطلوبة لأغراض قانونية أو تشغيلية.

• تفضيلات التسويق والبيانات الاختيارية المرتبطة بها.

• بعض بيانات الاستخدام أو الجلسات حيثما كان ذلك ممكنًا تقنيًا.

• البيانات المرتبطة بتسجيل الدخول باستخدام Facebook أو Google الموجودة ضمن أنظمتنا، بالقدر الذي يمكن حذفه قانونيًا وتقنيًا.

3. البيانات التي قد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ بها

قد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات حتى بعد تقديم طلب الحذف إذا كان الاحتفاظ بها ضروريًا أو مطلوبًا لأسباب قانونية أو تنظيمية أو محاسبية أو أمنية أو لمكافحة الاحتيال أو حل النزاعات.

قد تشمل هذه البيانات، على سبيل المثال:

• سجلات الطلبات والمعاملات.

• الفواتير وسجلات الدفع.

• سجلات الضرائب والمحاسبة.

• سجلات الاسترجاع والاستبدال وخدمة ما بعد البيع.

• المعلومات اللازمة لمنع الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام.

• المعلومات اللازمة لإثبات أو ممارسة أو الدفاع عن الحقوق القانونية.

4. المعلومات المطلوبة لتقديم طلب الحذف

لتمكيننا من تحديد حسابك ومعالجة الطلب بشكل صحيح، يرجى تزويدنا بالمعلومات المناسبة، مثل:

• الاسم الكامل.

• البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم في حساب سيجما فت.

• رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب أو الطلبات.

• رقم طلب حديث، إن وجد، للمساعدة في التحقق من الهوية.

• توضيح أنك تطلب حذف بياناتك الشخصية.

• توضيح ما إذا كنت ترغب أيضًا في إغلاق أو تعطيل حساب العميل.

5. التحقق من الهوية

لحماية بياناتك من الحذف غير المصرح به، قد نطلب معلومات إضافية للتحقق من هويتك والتأكد من أنك صاحب الحساب أو البيانات المعنية. لن نطلب معلومات تحقق أكثر مما نراه ضروريًا لمعالجة الطلب بأمان.

6. مدة معالجة الطلب

نعمل على معالجة طلبات حذف البيانات خلال مدة تصل إلى 30 يوم عمل بعد استلام المعلومات اللازمة والتحقق من الهوية عند الحاجة. قد تستغرق الطلبات المعقدة أو التي تشمل عدة أنظمة أو مقدمي خدمات وقتًا إضافيًا، وفي هذه الحالة قد نتواصل معك بشأن حالة الطلب.

7. ماذا يحدث بعد تنفيذ الحذف؟

بعد إتمام طلب الحذف، يتم حذف أو إخفاء الهوية أو تعطيل البيانات التي لم يعد هناك سبب مشروع أو قانوني للاحتفاظ بها، حسب طبيعة البيانات والأنظمة المستخدمة.

إذا طلبت أيضًا إغلاق حساب العميل، فقد يتم تعطيل الحساب أو إغلاق إمكانية استخدامه وفقًا للإمكانات المتاحة في نظام حسابات العملاء.

قد تبقى بعض البيانات مؤقتًا داخل نسخ احتياطية آمنة قبل أن يتم استبدالها أو حذفها وفق دورة النسخ الاحتياطي المطبقة.

8. Facebook Login / Meta

إذا استخدمت Facebook Login لتسجيل الدخول إلى حساب عميل سيجما فت من خلال Shopify Customer Accounts، يمكنك طلب حذف البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بهذا الحساب من سيجما فت باستخدام قنوات طلب الحذف الموضحة أدناه.

يمكنك أيضًا إدارة أو إزالة اتصال سيجما فت بحساب Facebook من خلال إعدادات Facebook ضمن قسم Apps and Websites.

9. Sign in with Google

إذا استخدمت Sign in with Google لتسجيل الدخول إلى حساب عميل سيجما فت من خلال Shopify Customer Accounts، يمكنك طلب حذف البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بهذا الحساب من سيجما فت باستخدام قنوات طلب الحذف الموضحة أدناه.

يمكنك أيضًا مراجعة أو إزالة اتصال سيجما فت من خلال إعدادات حساب Google الخاصة بالاتصالات والتطبيقات والخدمات التابعة لجهات خارجية.

10. العلاقة مع Shopify Customer Accounts

يتم تشغيل متجر سيجما فت وحسابات العملاء وبعض وظائف تسجيل الدخول من خلال منصة Shopify.

عند معالجة طلب حذف البيانات، قد يتطلب تنفيذ بعض أجزاء الطلب التعامل مع البيانات الموجودة ضمن أنظمة سيجما فت أو الأنظمة والخدمات التي نستخدمها لتشغيل المتجر، وذلك وفقًا لنوع البيانات والمتطلبات القانونية والفنية المطبقة.

Sigma Fit Egypt respects your privacy and allows you to request deletion of personal data associated with your account or use of our services in accordance with applicable requirements. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request, what may be deleted, and what information we may need to retain for legal, accounting, security, or operational purposes.

1. Scope of This Policy

These data deletion instructions apply to personal data associated with your use of the Sigma Fit website, customer accounts, orders, customer service, marketing, and supported social sign-in methods such as Facebook Login and Sign in with Google through Shopify Customer Accounts.

2. Data You May Request to Delete

Depending on your account and use of our services, a deletion request may include:

• Customer account data that we are not required to retain.

• Contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number where deletion is permitted and feasible.

• Saved addresses and account information that is not required for legal or operational purposes.

• Marketing preferences and associated optional data.

• Certain usage or session data where technically feasible.

• Data associated with Facebook Login or Sign in with Google that exists within our systems, to the extent it can legally and technically be deleted.

3. Data We May Need to Retain

We may need to retain certain information after receiving a deletion request where retention is required or reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

This may include, for example:

• Order and transaction records.

• Invoices and payment records.

• Tax and accounting records.

• Return, exchange, and after-sales service records.

• Information required to prevent fraud or misuse.

• Information necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights or claims.

4. Information Required for a Deletion Request

To help us identify the relevant account and process your request correctly, please provide appropriate information such as:

• Your full name.

• The email address used with your Sigma Fit account.

• The phone number associated with your account or orders.

• A recent order number, if available, to assist with identity verification.

• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.

• Whether you also want your customer account closed or deactivated.

5. Identity Verification

To protect your information from unauthorized deletion, we may request additional information to verify your identity and confirm that you are the owner of the relevant account or data. We will not request more verification information than we reasonably consider necessary to process the request securely.

6. Processing Time

We aim to process data deletion requests within up to 30 business days after receiving the information necessary to process the request and completing identity verification where required. Complex requests involving multiple systems or service providers may require additional time, in which case we may contact you regarding the status of your request.

7. What Happens After Deletion?

After a deletion request is completed, information that no longer has a legitimate or legal retention requirement may be deleted, anonymized, or deactivated depending on the nature of the data and the systems involved.

If you also request closure of your customer account, the account may be deactivated or access may be closed according to the capabilities of the customer account system.

Some information may temporarily remain in secure backup copies until those backups are replaced or deleted according to the applicable backup cycle.

8. Facebook Login / Meta

If you used Facebook Login to access your Sigma Fit customer account through Shopify Customer Accounts, you may request deletion of personal data associated with that account from Sigma Fit using the deletion request channels listed below.

You may also manage or remove Sigma Fit's connection to your Facebook account through Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.

9. Sign in with Google

If you used Sign in with Google to access your Sigma Fit customer account through Shopify Customer Accounts, you may request deletion of personal data associated with that account from Sigma Fit using the deletion request channels listed below.

You may also review or remove Sigma Fit's connection through the third-party connections, apps, or services settings of your Google Account.

10. Shopify Customer Accounts

Sigma Fit's online store, customer accounts, and certain authentication functions are powered by Shopify.

Processing a deletion request may therefore involve information held within Sigma Fit systems or services we use to operate our store, depending on the type of information and the applicable technical and legal requirements.
