Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, CONTACT US. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!
What if I order something and it is out of stock?
Unfortunately, due to high demand, some items do sell out quickly online – if you see something online that you want to have, be sure to snap it up quickly! If you do happen to miss out, contact us at support@sigmafiteg.com or WhatsApp +201117732277 and we will let you know if the item will come available again.
Once we get a batch of new stock and it becomes available for purchase, you will be contacted the soonest.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We want to speak to you too! CONTACT US with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays & Saturdays will receive a reply starting from Sunday, but possibly sooner.

Where is my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, you would receive an email confirmation which includes all the relevant details regarding your order. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well.

Why was my order cancelled?
Our items sell out extremely fast due to such high demand and on occasion, an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are extremely rare but can happen from time to time.
If the item you order does sell out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept online payment for your order (Visa/Master , Meeza, Mobile Wallets).
We also offer Cash on Delivery (CoD).
Returns & Exchanges
For how many days can I still exchange my T-shirt?
You can request to exchange your T-shirt within 30 days after receiving your order through our courier company
Will I get refunded in case of defetcts?
If only the product has a manufacturing defect, you will be fully refunded.
Will exchanging my product cost me?
In case you receive the wrong product, the exchange will be for free. But if you want to exchange it for another product (different model or different size), you will only pay the shipping fees.
